Die Cuts
We can die cut in steel rule dies and shape or size fabricated foam or material. We also can produce round balls for a variety of applications from Promotional items to medical products.

Thermal Seal
We can thermally seal one or several pieces of polyurethane or textile. We can also seal a textile product to a foam back for any application.

CNC Router
Our computer controlled cutting equipment is used for cutting various materials such as vinyl, board, fabrics, and foam.

Screen Printing
We offer five color imprinting on all foam and cloth products. Vector artwork is used to transfer ink through a mess screen to imprint your logo. Our ink waste is approved by the EPA for land disposal.
